Our lovely house backs up to George C. McGough Nature Park. Splash Harbour Water Park, Indian Rocks Beach, and all amenities are within walking distance. There is plenty of space inside and outside for large groups. Enjoy the Mango Tree and several varieties of palm trees and other tropical plants.

Our home is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood offering complete privacy if desired, but access to amenities only minutes away. We follow recommended cleaning procedures and our home allows you to stay in, and avoid contact with others if you desire.

Indian Rocks Beach - 3/4 miles - it takes 2 minutes to drive there. Also an easy walk or bike ride.

This is a quiet neighborhood. No loud parties and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Parking in drive way only please. No street parking.

Nice Place!

We three couples enjoyed staying here for a week. We had plenty of room to spread out and each had our own bathroom. We enjoyed sitting around the beautiful pool. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the coffee beans and grinder for fresh coffee every morning!!

Great value for large family or group of friends

We've stayed at a variety of places in Pinellas county over the last few years, and although many were good, this one was by far the best value. The home was well-equipped, clean, and instructions were excellent. When we got there in an unseasonably cold time and the heat wasn't on, a simple text to the owner had it fixed in minutes. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. The only thing that wasn't perfect (besides the weather) was the stove top was not consistent and the settings on the controls had rubbed off, so there was a bit of guessing. Brought this up to the owner, who said he was going to work on it.

Family Trip

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. The kids absolutely loved the pool! Randy was VERY responsive and helpful!

We are a fun loving couple who enjoy spending time with family. We have 5 kids, and two dogs, and we love to travel, and spend time outside. We fell in love with the St. Pete area and specifically with the quaint little beach town of Indian Rocks, and decided to make it our retreat from the cold Indiana winters. We love hosting and meeting people from all over the world, so offering our house to guests was an easy decision. We know you will love our home and there area as much as we do!

Enjoy the peaceful quiet streets of our neighborhood, and walk to George C. McGough Nature Park in 2 minutes to visit the amazing wildlife! There you can visit the turtle pond, the bird rescue area, and the awesome playground for kids! Several cafes, pubs, and restaurants are within walking distance. Walk or bike to Splash Harbour Water Park and beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. John R. Bonner Nature Park is in the neighborhood as well and about a 3/4 mile walk from the house. It has fishing and Kayaking space.
