About this property

“Welcome to Holland” our cozy cottage in Cape Breton.

Welcome to “Holland” - Our quaint, cozy, cottage on the ocean - that is actually in Cape Breton!

Our names are Lisa and AJ. I grew up on this beautiful island (just down the road) and AJ is from another lovely province, Alberta. We have two children who love Cape Breton as much, if not more, than we do!

We hope you enjoy this place as much as we do and that you get to enjoy some peace and quiet, long walks on the beach and that fresh Cape Breton air.

There are three bedrooms in the home and all bedrooms have a view of the ocean.

1st bedroom has a double bed.
2nd bedroom has a 3/4 double bed (smaller than a typical double bed).
3rd bedroom has two twin beds. One mattress is extra soft, one is extra firm.
The living room has a pull out couch.

There are also two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer available to use.

A fire pit is available for use, if requested, during the spring, summer and fall months.

There is also a heat pump in the home.

What a stunning property near River Bourgeouis this was. Lisa was so easy to communicate with and she has kept an impeccable home. This was just the perfect way to unwind and see all of Cape breton. We loved every minute here and hope to be back in the near future.
