Charming appartment, balcony and stunning view!

Nice and bright appartment with a cosy balcony to enjoy the sun all day long.

The spacious living room is perfect for your evenings, dinners and movie time with its projector and 2-meters long screen.
The two bedrooms are seperated from the living room by a small hallway ensuring calm and quietness. Rolling shutters are installed on each window.
The bathtub in the bathroom can host two people!
The appartment is located on the 8th floor of a 12-story building (with an elevator). There are two appartments per floor.

The bedroom n°1 has a queen size bed.
The bedroom n°2 has two individual beds (200x90cm, the pictures have not been updated yet).
The living room has a convertible sofa (190x140cm).

The neighbourhood was identified by the Guardian as one of the coolest in Europe, we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

The appartment is a 5 min walk from the metro station Maraîchers (line 9) and 9 min from the metro station Alexandre Dumas (line 2)
You will find many ZenPark parkings in the neighbourghood if you need to park your car ("Paris - Alexandre Dumas - Vignoles", "Paris - Avron - Terre Neuve", "Paris - Père Lachaise - Bagnolet", etc.)

Enjoyed our stay - great property and good location to get Metro (from Nation) to Paris or Disney. Some good bars / restaurants round about as well as supermarkets for self catering as we did mainly. Apartment could have used a bit more storage space for clothes etc etc especially if you were on a long visit. Excellent communication with host - induction a bit brief though.... Americans in Paris

This apartment is well provisioned and very clean for our 5 day stay and the owner very responsive to questions. It is farther away from a Metro station than we would have liked. Best regards to Kevin who rescued us on move-in day which was May 1 (not a good day to arrive in Paris with May Day demonstrations and some rowdiness that prevented us from getting a taxi or to a nearby Metro stop.) This unit is a very secure and quiet building with Franprix (grocery store) and a few cafes and boulangeries nearby (check out Cafe Sans Nom for well-priced food and beverages). Wi-Fi in the unit is great but no TV (there's a projector you can hook a laptop to but no speakers other than the laptop). The main queen size bed is comfy but the double bed mattress needs much better support. I recommended that the owner provide directions on how to use the washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Appartement soigné et idéalement situé. Convient parfaitement pour un séjour en famille à Paris. Bonne desserte par les transports en commun et les commerces de première nécessité. Présence de places de parking dans les garages collectifs, très proches.. Bref à recommander sans restriction.
