Step into this beautifully decorated and bright 32 m² apartment, officially rated by Atout France, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, comfort, and safety for our guests. Rest assured that the apartment adheres to strict standards, ensuring a superior experience during your stay.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa that easily converts into a double bed, along with a TV for your entertainment.

The dining area includes a table that seats four guests, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, coffee machine, and toaster.

The master bedroom boasts a doble bed dressed in hotel-quality linens. A second bedroom offers a single bunk bed with a desk conveniently tucked underneath.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for those with limited mobility or young children, as stairs are required to access the beds.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, and a smoke detector is installed for your safety.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Censier-Daubenton (line 7), is just a 3-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
