This in-vogue apartment has been thoughtfully designed to maximise on space and provide a calming sky-high retreat. Select a good read from the bookshelf and recline in the sitting nook by the window under the streaming sunshine or enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime (own subscription required) from the comfort of the luxe queen bed. The kitchen is sleek with modern light fittings illuminating the stone bench top. An induction stove, oven and small appliances are supplied to ensure you can cook up a storm at home. Bar stools tuck in next to the kitchen making for a convenient breakfast bar, while a neat multifunctional table is nested in for meals or working at home.

Enjoy year-round comfort with a portable air-conditioner and fans for warmer days, and portable heaters to keep you cosy during cooler weather. The suburb of Potts Point on the next peninsula, buzzing with renowned restaurants such as Cho Cho San, Yellow and Ms G's. For the tennis lovers Rushcutters Bay Tennis Center is a two-minute walk away. For a day roaming boutique fashion stores we recommend heading to the gorgeous suburb of Paddington, in a short five-minute drive, enjoy getting lost in the leafy heritage terraces such as the famous William Street.

This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
