Clean, comfortable and lots of room

We had a great stay. Property was exactly as described and conveniently located. Check-in was easy. The house was clean and well-equipped. There was lots of space and we appreciated the large table so we could all eat meals together. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a great experience.

US OPEN Work Trip

We had a large group working an event to raise funds for our non-profit. This home left us with no complaints. We felt the home was as advertised. The check out instructions were clear and easy. Thank you.

Convenient and fun

Nice house, I would stay here again, house was clean, beds comfortable, it was quiet, parking sufficient. We made good use of the ping pong table. A few small issues like not enough silverware, no kitchen towels etc. Really sleeps 10 comfortably, couches are not thatcomfortable for sleeping.

Property owner would not return messages or answer phone when inquiring about stay. When we arrived at property, the check in process did not work. We had to contact VRBO just to get the owner to respond.

LB., Thanks for leaving us with your review! It was a pleasure hosting your group. I just wish the review left behind was a little more honest - 4 different individuals from your group were messaging/calling us at the same time in order to try and cancel the reservation a few hours prior to check-in and the phone calls to us and VRBO support were not related to the check-in process. The phone calls were for the purpose of obtaining a refund for your reservation given an attempt to cancel last minute despite our strict cancellation policy. Additionally, a member from your group had informed me that your group was planning to not stay at the home, therefore I had to delete the code for the main door upon receiving this information. One of the individuals in your group was provided with the code to the side door while I was on the phone with VRBO support after a different member from your group informed me that your group did in fact arrive at the home despite wanting to cancel. Hopefully this message clarifies things for anyone reading this review, because a review that omits the context of the reservation really makes us look unprofessional when that is not the case. Safe travels, and thanks again for staying with us.
