The Upper level of the house features a comfortable queen-sized bedroom with a ceiling fan and built-in robe, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a spacious air-conditioned dining area, a cosy second living area with a TV, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a fully equipped laundry featuring a washer and dryer which is located in the garage.
Step outside onto the balcony and immerse yourself in the gentle lake breeze, enhancing your sense of tranquillity and relaxation.
Guests will be able to access the upper level ONLY however the garage is not for parking use.
