Hi All,
Please be cautious with this particular guest. Based on our experience, we strongly advise against renting your property to them.
The guest books using a credit card and then raises a dispute after the stay, claiming that there were issues with the property, effectively attempting to secure a free stay. She will use the terms Safety, Cleanliness and other words to lure the host into a conversation to document the same to raise a dispute. During the stay, they consumed a fair amount of electricity, water, and gas, but later disputed the full amount of the booking.
I raised this matter with their Company's Accounts Payable team, but unfortunately did not receive any response.
This has resulted in a significant financial loss, and we believe the guest is exploiting the dispute process to avoid payment.
Please be Safe and hope one day the same experience will happen to her and their company.

As soon as I arrived I noticed the grass wasn’t cut. It was up to my knees - front and backyard so seems like it hasn’t had any attention in weeks. There were pieces of wood just laying in a pile in the backyard which isn’t ideal for kids as they were a hazard. I thought the inside would be better so I was willing to let it go but the inside was a disappointment! Marks on the walls and light switches, most rugs had big stains on them, missing cupboard in kitchen, mould in the bedrooms on the window shutters. The whole house did not reflect the pictures. My family did not feel comfortable staying so we left and had no other choice but to book in a hotel close by. This was a major inconvenience as last minute bookings are not cheap so it set me back a lot which is not ideal when on a holiday. Very disappointed!
