Semi-detached house fully equipped for 7 people, 300 m from the shops, 1.4 km from the swimming pool and 2 km from the beach in the town of Audenge, a small town on the Arcachon basin.
30 km from Arcachon and the dune du Pilat, 45 km from Bordeaux and 90 km from St Emilion
notes: new furniture (equivalent but different from the photos)!
Unless otherwise agreed, rental per fortnight from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.: July 3 to 17, July 17 to 31, July 31 to August 14, August 14 to 28 and August 28 to September 11.
