Our location and accommodations have the best of what Orlando has to offer at a great price. Conveniently close to all of Orlando’s greatest attractions, shops and restaurants, but removed just enough to provide you with a peaceful getaway.
- 9 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (directly down Universal Blvd, no turns!)
- 3 minutes to Epic Universe
- 5 minutes to Sea World. (You can see the fireworks from this Resort!)
- 2 minute drive or approximately 20 minute walk to the North/South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center (convenient location for convention center guests!)

- Bag Drop Service, located at the Club House. Showers and changing rooms are available. Arriving early or departing late? Feel free to use this service for your convenience. This amenity is also exclusively provided by us here at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
- Parking up to 6 cars during your stay. Electric Vehicle EV Charging Stations Available on property for a low fee via ChargePoint and another Service.
- Unlimited Access to all of the Resort’s Amenities including: Large Resort Pools (2 Pools, Heated during the winter months), Hot Tubs (2), Full Pool Bar, Fitness Center, 1.5 mile Jogging Trail Around the Lake, Conference Room Available on First Come First Serve Basis, Arcade Room, Playground, Kiddie Pool, Showers and Changing Rooms, Basketball Court, and Picnic Areas with BBQ Grills.
- Gated Community with On Site Security Patrol
- High Speed Internet Wifi (at 200 MBPS!) and Cable TV in Every Room! (All rooms have flat screen TVs! At least 32 inches in the bedrooms, and 42 inches or larger in the Living Room.)
- Starter Kit of Shampoos, Dish and Clothes Detergent, Paper Towels, and Trash Bags etc. After these supplies are used, everything else needed during your stay is self serve. If you need an item or two more, we will be happy to provide them for you at the service desk, located at the club house (There is a Gift Shop at the club house, Walgreens on Property, or Publix Shopping Center next door for all your additional toiletry and home supply needs)
- Sheets, Bedding, Bath and Pool Towels are in every unit.

Pet Policy:
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)
$99 per pet, per stay
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for service animals.
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.

HIGH CHAIR AND PACK-AND-PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)
