Cottage with large garden in the south, 900m from the North Sea beach

The detached house for 6 persons (5 adults and 1 child, max 1. 65m regarding the cot, incidentally, an extra cot is present) is located in a very quiet and well-kept park, only about 900m from the North Sea beach. The house is surrounded by a 400sqm fenced and secluded garden in the south. The house is about 80 square meters, has a broad ground floor with open kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs is a floor with 2 bedrooms.

There is a TV with digital TV and seven German channels, DVD player, wireless internet, microwave, kettle, oven, Senseo and normal coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Central heating below and above. In the barn there is a wagon.

Binding taxes & fees:
- Refundable deposit € 100, booking costs € 10, tourist tax € 1.25 per night, per person. This amount is due upon arrival. For children under 1 years it is not payable.
- The rental price is incl. Electricity, water, heating and WIFI
- The tourist tax is 1,28 € per person per night (> 1 years old)
- When you pick up the key you have to pay the final cleaning costs (65 € contant), but you receive a compensation of 15 € on the final cleaning (processed in the rent),
- 100 € deposit is charged directly and after the holiday you again in case of missing shortages
- bring along towels, tea towels and duvets (quilts are present in the house). Sheets can be rented on the day of arrival (if the office is open, not on Sundays and bank holidays). Bed linen costs € 12 pp, hand wash costs € 9 pp.

Cancellation policy of the landlord
50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival.
100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations that qualify for a 100% refund, the service charge will be fully refunded.
