Events and weddings are welcome by request with prior approval with deposit.

Six bedrooms with nine beds comfortably sleep up to 16 guests.
The main-floor master suite features a cozy gas fireplace, ensuite with clawfoot soaker tub, double-head shower, double vanity, and heated floors.
Upstairs, the second-floor suite includes a private ensuite with a standing shower and pedestal sink.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen makes preparing home-cooked meals effortless, with ample counter space and modern appliances for gatherings large or small.
Cozy Living Area
A large, inviting living room offers space to relax, reconnect, and share memorable moments with family and friends.

Guest access
This cherished retreat is my home away from home, lovingly shared so others can experience its warmth and history. Recently renovated, Bittner Manor retains its timeless character and authentic 1840s charm.
Guests have full access to the entire house and nearly two acres of private grounds, including gardens, outdoor seating areas, and the hot tub.

While guests have full access to the home and surrounding grounds, please note that the basement, workshop, loft, and third garage bay are private areas and not accessible to guests. We kindly ask that all guests respect these private spaces during their stay.

The Nitty Gritty
To ensure Bittner Manor remains a beautiful and welcoming retreat for everyone, please review the following house rules carefully before booking:
Cleaning:
A $400 cleaning fee applies if the property is left excessively cluttered or requires deep cleaning beyond standard turnover — including the hot tub.
🚭 Smoking:
Smoking is permitted outdoors only on designated decks.
A $400 fee will apply for any indoor odors, burn marks, or cigarette butts found on the property.
An outdoor ashtray is provided and must be used.
Events:
All events and gatherings require prior approval.
Unapproved events will result in immediate cancellation and removal. Please reach out in advance if you wish to host a celebration.
Sleeping Arrangements:
For comfort and safety, air mattresses and sleeping bags are not permitted — no exceptions.
All infants and children must be accurately included in your booking count.
Nature & Wildlife:
The property is surrounded by countryside, so insects and wildlife may occasionally be present. We do our best to minimize their presence, but complete removal isn’t possible.
Pet Policy
• Pets must be declared at the time of booking, or a $400 fee will apply.
• Pets must be housebroken.
• Keep pets off beds and furniture — pet blankets are provided for cozy cuddles.
• Please clean up after your dog using the supplied waste bags.
