Sand Dunes Resort 1203, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, is ideally situated along Myrtle Beach's renowned Golden Mile, in the northern section, close to popular attractions like Broadway at the Beach and the Tanger Outlet shopping center. Booe Realty professionally manages this and many other vacation rentals, including The Sand Dunes Resort and Villas. Iconic venues like The Carolina Opry and Pirates Voyage are just a short drive away, along with a variety of restaurants.

1203 at Sand Dunes offers a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, and an on-site restaurant. Guests do not have access to the onsite kiddie waterpark. Note that Sand Dunes properties do not allow pets, motorcycles, or golf carts.

For added convenience, Booe Realty provides travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver with each rental. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate services throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Rentals are available weekly, and some units may also be available for daily stays or winter rentals.
