Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 9th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and attached bath w/ large walk-in shower along w/ direct access to the large oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, pools, hot tubs, children’s splash pool, three story slide, fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks onsite!

*Guests can also park on the 9th level just steps away from the condo and not have to use the stairs or elevators!

Last Minute Getaway

The condo was exactly as advertised. The check-in process was fast and efficient. Parking near the condo on the 9th floor. Spacious interior, great layout for the family. We had an great stay and will be back.

Overall great

The condo itself is clean and well kept. We enjoyed the morning waves and the spacious rooms. My only issue was with the resort itself. The pools were dirty and one of the spas was broken and missing water. The area itself was loud and you could hear people playing loud music and screaming all hours of the night.

Grand Children's First Beach Experience

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I went to take grand children and they loved it. Our accommodations were nice everything was clean and a good view. We had no problem with our surroundings very calm and not a great deal of noise. I would rent with this company again.
