Sonny's @ Tuross Head is a free-standing 3 bed home. Ramp access to the front door, bathroom grab rails & no internal steps will assist those with mobility issues.

The Space:

With polished timber flooring, the living space flows easily to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking and dishwasher.

All 3 bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans and a small television set installed. The house is serviced by a family bathroom with a

walk in shower + separate toilet. There is a second toilet located in the laundry.



Guest Access:

We are happy to meet you on arrival at the property or a self-check-in option is available.

Guests have full access to the premises excluding the locked storage cupboards & garage.



The Neighborhood:

From Sonny's, you can take an easy level 200m walk along the pathway direct to the village shops to grab a coffee then stroll a further 150m to the beach!



The local park/playground is also located adjacent to the shopping centre - with modern play equipment.



One Tree Beach located at the Southern end of Tuross Blvd (about a 5 min walk) is patrolled over the summer season.



Getting Around:

It's easy to park the car and navigate the village's network of cycle/walkways which link both sides of the village from the Kyla Park Sporting Complex right along the Coila Lake foreshore, along the oceanfront, and along the Tuross Lake foreshore to the boatsheds.

𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.



𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Sonnys @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; Excludes airbnb bookings. 



𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; must not exceed the number of guests stated at the time of booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children.



A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.



Group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Sonnys. The property is non smoking internally.
