This single-level home will leave you feeling relaxed & refreshed. Offering an open plan living & dining area + covered patio with outdoor furnishings.

Your well-behaved dog is welcome to join! Please advise us if you are bringing a pet + age & breed when booking. Note: the grounds are not fenced & your pet will need to be supervised. Pets must not be left alone @ the premises.

The Space:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a great holiday - electric oven & grill, gas cooktop, microwave, pod-style coffee machine, fridge/freezer & dishwasher!

To the rear of the house, all 3 bedrooms are spacious & have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom along with bedroom 2 both have comfy queen beds. The 3rd bedroom offers two single beds. All bed linen & bath towels are provided

The family bathroom offers a full sized shower, bathtub & wc.

Guest Access:
Off street guest parking for your car & boat is provided in the driveway and single carport. The entire house is available to guests with the exception of a locked off supply storage cupboard.

For your arrival, we would be happy to meet you at the property (business hours Monday-Friday & Saturdays until 3pm) or simply leave keys available for you in the lock box located at the property.

Seas the Day is perfectly positioned on the tranquil 'beach-side' of Tuross Head, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Embrace the laid-back coastal lifestyle with easy access to the stunning beaches. The area is ideal for those who love the outdoors. You can easily bring your bicycle, kayak, boat, and fishing rods to enjoy an active holiday in this beautiful part of Australia.

Getting Around:
Enjoy easy access to local amenities with pathways perfect for walking and cycling to nearby beaches and village shops. Perfect for strolls with your furry friend!

Note: the grounds are not fenced & pets will need to be supervised. Pets are not permitted on furnishings & must not be left alone @ the premises. A $55.00 pet fee applies - per pet, per stay.

*If you wish to bring a pet, please let us know at the time of booking. Terms & conditions apply. Pets are not able to be left unattended at the property for long periods of time - this is due to dogs howling all day when left in a strange new environment & as a result upsetting the neighbourhood. Pets are strictly not allowed on furnishings & you will need to bring your own pets own bedding & food bowls etc.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱. 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is payable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Seas the Day Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees.

𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 2 guests. 

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
