We had a wonderful experience with this lodging. The condo was well furnished, clean, comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. We were staying in the lull between the summer and winter busy seasons, and we enjoyed the quiet comfort and convenience of this condo and are hoping to visit it again during the next "off season" period.

Beautiful property in great location-just a few minutes walk to Main St, restaurants, shops, bars, bus stops. Despite proximity, it’s quiet, peaceful. Great parking. Living room wonderful–warm, cozy w/ fireplace, TV, comfortable seating. Kitchen well stocked. Main bedroom & en suite bathroom nice, clean, well appointed. The challenge is the 2nd bedroom-low quality, thin, uncomfortable mattresses, squeaky lightweight metal frames that I’mpact sleep comfort, quality. The only place for clothes is a small dresser, curiously located in the closet, making it challenging to access, hang clothes. However, for 2 people this property is ideal. We did experience a safety incident as a heavy framed wall hanging behind the head of the bed fell while we slept. As it crashed to the floor, it struck a plugged-in electrical cord, breaking the prongs in the outlet, producing visible sparks, creating a potentially hazardous situation.This heavy print was hung using only 2 thin finishing nails, which simply weren’t sufficient for its size, weight.This incident was concerning given proximity to our heads, potential for injury, fire. What’s most concerning was management’s response: “Sorry for the inconvenience and I am glad all were ok,” followed by maintenance coming to remove the prongs from the outlet, not fixing the cord, & simply re-hanging the heavy print on the same inadequate nails. This raised broader concerns about overall safety & maintenance of the property, undermining confidence.

We’re sorry to hear the second bedroom mattresses didn’t meet your comfort preferences. Mattress comfort can be very subjective, but we always appreciate feedback like this as we evaluate future updates to the home.
Regarding the wall art incident, we’re very glad no one was injured. As soon as we were notified, our maintenance team came to safely remove the broken outlet prongs and ensure there were no electrical hazards. The artwork was secured back in place at that time. That said, we certainly understand why the situation would have been alarming in the moment, and we will have the installation re-evaluated to ensure it is properly mounted.
Our goal is always to address concerns quickly when they arise so guests can continue enjoying their stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are glad everyone was okay.
