Enjoyed our stay!

If you're looking for a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood, this is the place for you. The hosts provided all the necessary household items needed to make the place our home away from home. It was clean, quiet and is a great location for exploring the Big Island. It is located just minutes from the main Hawai'i Belt Road giving you access to anyplace you want to go while at the same time it is tucked far enough away into a quiet neighborhood that wakes you up with the sounds of singing birds, frogs and roosters.

Host was very responsive to questions. Welcoming basket with a few drinks and macadamia nuts was much appreciated. After a wet few days, was great to have laundry available for use

Mahalo 🤙🏼 for staying at Kaena Ma Puna. Enjoyed meeting this couple. They were very pleasant and respectful. Also, gave them a few recommendations on places to eat which they enjoyed and went a few times.
