Master bedroom has two full size beds leading to the balcony. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Kitchen area is fully equipped with appliances, dishes and utensils.
This wonderful Condo is at the private Condominium complex from the Tamarindo Diria Beach & Golf Resort, so you will be able to use the foot pool with Jacuzzi also you will have very close all the activities available in the area knowing that you are completely apart from all the movement and crowd of the town at your private condo.
Tamarindo Beach is one of the most famous beaches for surf in Costa Rica, it's sports fishing is just awesome, nature is one of it's mayor attractive as well as it's breathtaking ocean views. This condo take advantage of all this by being steps from the beach.

Great patios with views, nice pool (limited chairs), close to everything. The condo is clean and has comfortable beds. The management is great and addresses concerns promptly.
As the title says, very nice 3 bedroom apartment in what might be the best location in Tamarindo with regards to distance from the beach, restaurants, etc.
Condo was great, spacious, clean. Only issue was first finding it as we arrived late and the directions weren’t great. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
Clean condo and resort grounds. Safe and very well located to the beach and town. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are also fine but water doesn’t get hot. It was warm so it didn’t matter very much. AC works well in most rooms but not as well in the back bedroom. Those are the only reason I did not give it five stars but 4.5 for sure.
We are a family of 5, stayed for a week over new years, Kattia was amazing to deal with. The location is perfect, walking across the street to the beach. The pool is outstanding, family oriented and quiet areas as well, great swim up bar. Condo is better than expected, size and cleanliness. Would highly recommend staying here.Regards,Dave

Great location and excellent condo for a family of 6. Property Manager was extremely responsive on email and really helpful. I would definitely stay again. My only comment would be to swap out your full size bed for a queen or king to make a better room for the parents.
Overall, lovely home and experience!
-- The home was in wonderful condition with everything you needed (pool/beach(towels, coffee, cooking supplies).
-- The pool was a huge plus with the swim up bar/food and nice set-up with waterfall and hot tub.
-- The location cannot be beat! Cross the street and you are on the beach and in the heart of town center.
-- Management company was easy to work with and quick to respond with advice on excursions and places to go.
We would love to come back soon and would defintiely stay here again!

My name is Bill Ripley. Along with my wife Nancy, own Horizon Pacific Management and Rentals as well as a house in Tamarindo. We’ve owned our house since 2006 and bought this company in February, 2008. I was born and raised in a little town outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey known as Mays Landing. I graduated High School in 1972 and for the next few years, worked, traveled and went to 3 different colleges but never received a degree. I fell in love with the woman of my dreams who has been my friend since early Elementary school. We married in 1978 and are still best friends today…at least that’s what she still tells me! Nancy was born and raised in the same town. She also graduated High School in 1972 and then went to Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia where she received her degree in Elementary Education. Through our early years of marriage, she was an elementary teacher in Mays Landing and as well as Mt. Pleasant, SC after we moved. We’ve raised 2 children. Our daughter, Corinne is married to Bradd Johnson and they have 3 children: Dylan, Anabelle and Samy. Our son, Chris graduated, finishing his degree in Visual Communications at Hawaii Pacific University. After marrying and having our children in Mays Landing, we moved to Isle of Palms, South Carolina in 1990 because we wanted to live in a coastal community with a better quality of life to raise them. I started working for Island Realty which is a Resort Rental and Real Estate Company on Isle of Palms that has grown to manage over 500 short and long term properties as well as a number of Home Owner Associations. I worked of this same company since 1991 and Nancy has worked for them since 1995. I am a Real Estate Sales broker with over 18 years experience in residential, resort, commercial sales and management. Nancy did the bookkeeping for Island Realty for 14 plus years. Also, she was the bookkeeper for 7 years for a company that we owned before moving to the Isle of Palms.

We have a great staff at Horizon Pacific and even though we are commuting back and forth from Isle of Palms to Tamarindo, with the internet and phone communication, I am very active in the day to day operations of Horizon Pacific and the management of the properties when not in Tamarindo.
