Apartment not as advertised

The apartment overlooked a freeway and was extremely noisy. The apartment was in bad repair and definitely needed redecorating. The bathroom was good but small; shower was efficient and hot. The bedroom lacked storage. The kitchen was good but did lack some utensils etc (no teaspoons and only one tumbler sized glass).
