Cozy 2 bedroom, one bathroom space in the top floor of a home. Park/green space right outside, and located steps from North Curl Curl Beach and North Curl Curl Surf Life Saving Club. Quiet street with parking out front. Enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise. Walking distance to great coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Plenty of great walking routes, including a beachfront path along Curl Curl beach and a headland hike over to Dee Why Beach.
Best suited for a couple or small family (one child). King bedroom, queen kid's room, and living area. Kitchen and full bath with shower and tub.
Please note, the homeowner lives downstairs so respect and courtesy are essential. No parties, no smoking/drugs, and quiet time between 10pm to 7am.
