The listing and photos are accurate. Bed is very comfortable and communication easy. Large backyard ideal if traveling with a dog. Cleanliness could be improved.

We stayed at this property in Kotara for 4 weeks and found it to be an excellent choice. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. We brought our newborn son home from the hospital during this time, and the property provided a peaceful and welcoming environment to enjoy those first few weeks together. The host was outstanding, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. This property exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Kotara was exactly what we needed. We were in between homes, waiting for ours to sell and a new place to announce itself and this property provided the perfect "home between homes".
