This clean, tidy and recently renovated property gives lake like vibes and small town comfort. Three minute walk to the public dock, two minute drive to one of two boat launches and a five minute drive to the county beach/park; leaving many options for fun and recreation. Charleston Lake is well known for its beautiful lake islands and parks, fishing, and water sports. Centrally located, there are opportunities for day excursion to Ottawa, Kingston, Westport, Brockville and many other rural communities with quaint attractions.
You will love this home with all the amenities that a family or group of friends need to be comfortable. You can be as busy as you want to be or just sit back on the spacious deck or curl up by the outdoor fire pit.
There are two marinas just a quick walk away and a licensed restaurant that is expected to open for breakfast and lunch in the summer of 2025.

A small dog is permitted and although we do not allow smoking inside the home, there is smoking permitted in the designated outdoor area.
