Excellent location is what makes it worth the stay

This clean, comfortable apartment is located on the second floor of a dated (but very neat-and-tidy) apartment building, which consists of 3 other privately owned apartments, and a manual door garage/parking building (which we didn't use). Getting to the property was a bit of fun, given that the entrance is incorrectly referenced on Google Maps, as the property sits on an internal block, with an awkward narrow driveway accessed from a main road. This listing is managed by a local Real Estate agent, so if you are arriving outside of business hours, be sure to let the them know, or you won't get your keys. The key pickup will be via a lockbox at the estate agent's office in town, not at the rental itself. Access to the rental is via a communal porch, which looks like a private entrance, and as no check-in instructions are provided, I had to door-knock to figure out how to get in. I got the distinct feeling that the surrounding neighbours (while all polite enough) didn't really enjoy holidaymakers hanging around their property, which I guess is fair enough. That aside, the apartment is clean and comfortable (the beds are amazing), and all linen and kitchen utensils are provided. We noted that the ceiling fan in the main dining room didn't work, and the exhaust fan above the stove sounded like a jackhammer, so we chose to live with the smoke.

apartment had not been cleaned, filthy.

apartment is close to ameneties, and has conveniences. Really is should be entitled to a refund for the first night, hair in beds, towels in bathtub, spit in vanity, rubbish in bins. Day after cleaning crew arrived and done a fantastic job.

NICE UNIT in GREAT LOCATION

Very well presented unit in a nice quiet little complex. Great location within walking distance to shops and clubs and only a short drive to beaches.

Nice apartment close to town

This apartment was nice and close to all amenities and the town. Only complaint is no air-conditioner in the bedroom, no fan in the laundry and no hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise the place was clean, well furnished and easy to access.
