1 min to Rātā building at University of Canterbury. Very clean, new, and well-equipped. Good communication with host. The only issue we had was that the were behind auth the cleaning, and we could only check-in late

Just as good as advertised

The property is small but that’s ok - the photos in the listing tell you that. It’s also in a great location, super handy for the University. And best of all it’s really clean. The kitchen is well appointed - yay, actual knives that work. The little outside area is cute and everything inside and out was easy to use.

Place was very clean and well appointed. Bit disappointing there was no tv channels available and we had to rely on any streaming services we may have had. Netflix is no longer easily moved from your home devices to on in a foreign country. Not a big issue for us and we weren’t there to watch tv.Only other problem is the second bedroom door couldn’t close because of the positioning of a bed. Bed couldn’t be moved because of position of the bedside table. Had to move that and the bed to be able to close the door.
