Experience a true original kiwi beach 'Quayside Cottage' with the beach in front. 3 bedrooms, lounge, air-conditioning, open-plan kitchen with modern gas and electric Leisure oven, dish draw, fridge-freezer, cozy dining area, bathroom, and laundry.
Begin your day by watching the sunrise, then step straight out onto the Walk/Cycleway, Janie-Seddon Ship-wreck to your left side, and to the right, a 10-minute walk to the Saltwater baths and Coastal Cafe marina. Golf-club 5 mins drive. Walk to the Movie Theater, a 10-minute drive to the town center, and enjoy a walk along the sand spit. Building construction on the back section.
