Upstairs features three generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, walk-through wardrobe, and private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third is perfect for families, with a single-over-double bunk plus a pull-out single. Two bedrooms open directly onto the deck, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow.
Downstairs, youll find a fully self-contained area with its own entrance, including a queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and second living spaceperfect for grandparents, extended family, or added privacy.
The fully fenced rear courtyard provides a safe and peaceful retreat for children, while the partially covered area means you can enjoy the outdoors in any weather. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before slipping into the spa for a relaxing soak. A separate laundry with outdoor access adds extra convenience for longer stays.
Theres also ample off-street parking, including space for a boat or caravan (up to 7 metres), making it ideal for those wanting to explore everything Mangawhai has to offer.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
