This very private house features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private baths and indoor/outdoor showers, ceiling fans, ample hot water is available with an on-demand water heater.
The king size beds feature Sealy “Orthopedics” mattresses and 400+ Italian Percale linens.
Both bedrooms offer ample closet space and built-in shelving for your clothing. Every bedroom has a safe for your valuable items.
Every bedroom has glass doors and shutters and a beautiful view to the bay.
There is also a very large private deck area with loungers that will help you unwind, umbrellas to get enough shade while sunbathing, a seating area for entertaining and watching marvelous sunsets while sipping drinks, and enjoying the Bali-bed that ensures absolute relaxation.
You can also enjoy a private dip pool. At night you can adjust the lighting according to your mood, and the stars in the sky will amaze you!
You will also experience al fresco dining, under a wonderful palapa roof.
The open living room has a very comfortable sofa where the ceiling fans will provide you with a wonderful breeze while you read, listen to your favorite music, watch TV on our 60" flat screen in the living room with Netflix and Apple TV, and enjoy free hi speed Wi-Fi. 40 " flat screen with Netflix in every bedroom.
You’ll find everything you need in our fully equipped kitchen. Gather in the indoor dining area for an informal lunch, or dine on the deck with the view of the Pacific Ocean.
We have just about every kitchen gadget you need, including coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, new Expresso machine,microwave, oven, stove top, cooking and baking pans. There is a full size refrigerator with ice maker,, an electric range, a washer and dryer, and a water purification system for the whole house.

Common areas include a soothing infinity pool that overlooks the bay. Right next to it is a large palapa with a common barbecue, a small kitchen area and a restroom. There are pool towels provided, and you can sunbathe on Bali-beds, or relax in the shade provided by the palapa on some nice loungers. A table and chairs, and a small bar are also available. The garden is beautifully landscaped and maintained by our full time groundskeeper.
For those who need to exercise there is also a small onsite air-conditioned fitness center. Nearby yoga classes are always available.
Each unit has one private parking spot.
Our wonderful maid, Ana provides complimentary housekeeping service if requested every other day except on Sunday´s.
If you want to leave the premises and enjoy the beach, you can either walk or take a taxi to la la Ropa, a wonderful sandy beach that provides a string of great seafood and international restaurants. Water sports and activities ranging from boogie boards, water skiing, parasailing, jet skis, and catamarans to beach volleyball are available. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas there.
The waves on La Ropa are generally mild and allow for great swimming.
On the way back stop a for a fantastic coffee and pasties, or a little shopping; they also have a very select wine bar! Ask for information about their life music shows!
There are several dining choices along the road to town, many beautiful cliff-side restaurants overlooking the Bay.
