Sunlit Brand-New Home: Comfort & Convenience for Families

Enjoy quality family time at this stylish retreat, your perfect gateway to relaxation and exploration in Holland Landing and Newmarket, nestled within the GTA. Conveniently located near parks, scenic trails, and GO transit options, this home offers easy access to Toronto via Highway 404. Downtown Toronto is just an hour away (with traffic), and Pearson Airport is a quick 45-minute drive.

Unwind in our comfortable rooms, each thoughtfully designed with cozy beds and private bathrooms featuring showers, bathtubs, fresh towels, and hairdryers for your convenience.

The space

This newly built detached home is bright and modern, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The high 10-ft ceilings and large windows let in lots of natural light. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, making it great for cooking. There are 2 private parking spaces in the driveway. The house is in a lovely new neighborhood, close to parks and walking trails, perfect for relaxing or exploring.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire two-story house, which includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 private bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a living and dining area, and a laundry room.

We live in the lower unit, a fully separate suite in the basement. There are no shared spaces or amenities, ensuring complete privacy for our guests. You’ll have the entire main unit to yourself, with a private entrance and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

We’re always available if you have any questions or need assistance—just reach out, and we’ll be happy to help!
