This place will make you feel right at home while enjoying the tropical beach life in a safe, quiet and peaceful location, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Our charming, comfortable and safe home is in the heart of Esterillos Oeste just a few steps away from the beach, restaurants and supermarket. This is the right place for you to enjoy as much as you can the wonders of this beach town.

We are located in Villas del Océano, a secure and peaceful gated community located just 300 meters from the endless Esterillos Beach. Our neighborhood is a quiet and calm environment that invites relaxation. Inside the gated community we also have some green areas, a shared pool and ranchos for outdoor activities.

Where you'll sleep:
- Master bedroom: 1 KING size bed with closet, AC and ceiling fan facing the pool + ensuite full bathroom with double sinks and ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 2: 1 KING size bed with closet, AC and ceiling fan
- Bedroom 3: 1 KING size with closet, AC and ceiling fan
- Bathroom 2: full bathroom with ceiling fan in between bedroom 2 and 3

Other areas:
- Kitchen: spacious area with nice white counter, AC, ceiling fan, brand new appliances: stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cooking tools, pots, pans, and more!

- Living room: smart TV with cable, comfortable 3 seat couch, AC, ceiling fan

- Dining area: 6 seat table with AC and ceiling fan

- Patio: seating furniture and another dining table for 6 guests, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, beautiful pool, ceiling fans
