Middleton House Maleny is a beautiful two storey country house set on 1 acre of formal gardens. It is just 10 minutes drive north of Maleny and 25 minutes drive to Montville.

The house features four master bedrooms all with ensuite

Bedroom 1, downstairs , 1 queen bed, ensuite with shower.
Bedroom 2, downstairs, 1 king bed that can seperate into 2 single beds, private verandah, ensuite with double shower
Bedroom 3, upstairs , 1 queen bed, private verandah, ensuite with claw foot bath & overhead shower.
Bedroom 4, upstairs, 1 king bed that can seperate into 2 single beds, verandah, ensuite with spa bath & overhead shower

Each bedroom has reverse cycle air-conditioning for your comfort.

The house has a cosy lounge room with a log burning fireplace, great for relaxing around on cold wintery days. There is a fully equipped country style kitchen with 2 stoves and a dishwasher. An adjoining dining room plus a sheltered verandah with a BBQ are great for entertaining.

The house is picture perfect which makes it ideal for wedding parties to get ready for their special day. Maleny has many boutique shops and restaurants for family and friends to explore for a lovely escape to the country.

The lawns and yard are fully fenced so you may bring along your four legged friend with prior approval.

An on-site owner/caretaker is available to assist with any inquiries. They live in a smalll detached cottage on the property.

No functions or parties are permitted at the house. Only the guests staying in the house are permitted on the property.
