The Gazebo features a bar fridge, TV, and fan. Rooms offer fans and AC. Bring your family and pets; there's ample space for all. Enjoy the fire pit and stargazing. Stay connected with WiFi. Short drive to Coolum Beach and Yandina Village. Enjoy cooking? our kitchen is fully equipped.

Our guests enjoy the space to spread out, that multiple familes can be under the same roof, sleeping 14-16 guests.

Great spot, beautiful home with amazing facilities. Perfect place to relax for a few days, but also close to lots of activities if that's what you want. Great communication from hosts, made it all so easy. Highly recommend.

Joanne was a great host. Easy communication and quick to respond. The house is beautiful. View from the kitchen and desk is unreal. The pool is fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked which made it so was for our group.

The location is stunning, the house is amazing. They have everything you could possibly need. The views from the deck and from the pool are beautiful. Its quiet, lots of birds and trees. Its only 10 mins drive to an IGA, bottle shop etc. Absolutely perfect getaway. We could even take the dog!

Absolutely awesome views surrounding the property. We loved sitting on the deck and relaxing every afternoon. Kids loved the pool and the extra fridge in the pool area was very helpful. The house was very well set up and equipped with everything. Instructions and check in was super easy and earlier check in was awesome. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you very much

My husband and I purchased Maroochy River, Sunshine Coast property in 2019 and River Heads property in early 2024. I have worked in premium hotels and travelled the world enjoying the beauty of travel. These two properties have great meaning to our family who love the ocean, fishing, fine dining and family relaxation. We look forward to hosting and sharing our love for the region.

Why they chose this property

Glen grew up on the Sunshine Coast and we met on the sunny coast just over 30 years ago! yikes time flys!!

What makes this property unique

The views are spectacular! Big kitchen and pantry with all you need for cooking up a storm. The property can sleep up to 14, so multiple famlies can come together. The property has many areas to spread out including a huge pool and gazebo.
