Overall a great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several different units at the ledges. I think this is a new rental. The location is quiet, very close to golf and the pool was great. Overall it was ok but it could use a few things. The down stairs furniture is not very functional or comfortable for gathering. If you want to visit and watch a game you have to go upstairs. I personally like to cook and visit so this was an issue. There are some issues with construction, like bedroom doors won’t close and lock due to the doors are not properly fit. The unit needs to add a few items like pool towels and a regular coffee pot. I am sure it will get better with time as people need items.
