About this property

House for 8 to max. 10 people approved. It has stunning sea views.

The house is new and modern.
On the second Floor is a terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea to the island of Cres, Lošinj and a large part of the mainland. On the first Floor is a large terrace with sea views.

Outside there is: 32 m2 private swimming pool with 6 deck chairs, large barbecue, garden furniture, children's playground and private parking for 4 cars.

We also rent speedboats and family boats. We have the following quickbotten for guidance:

Schönes Haus mit großem Pool

Die Vermieter waren supernett und hilfsbereit. Wein zur Begrüßung, Bootsausflug wurde organisiert, gerne wieder!

Schönes Grundstück und nette Vermieter

Super Haus mit schönem Pool und sehr gelassenem Vermieter. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Kroatien, insgesamt ist es in dieser Gegend steil und man sollte mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren, je nachdem sind es dann 8-15 min pro Fahrt. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet mit vielen Oliven und Trauben, ein kleiner Feigenbaum gibt es sogar auch. Empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug nach Labin und Pula. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert 👍

Eine perfekte Woche

Das Haus, der Vermieter, die Lage und die Einrichtung waren super! Im Haus hat alles funktioniert und war sauber und der Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Fazit: Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und kommen gern wieder!

Mega Ausblick, neuer Pool, alles sauber

Wir hatten 14 Tage lang eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist schön und sauber, die Nachbarschaft ruhig. Man ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto bei diversen Geschäften und kommt in der gleichen Zeit zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Der Pool wurde erst vor kurzem gebaut und man hat vom Haus aus einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die große Grillhütte haben wir häufiger genutzt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
