Kitchen equipped with: complete dishes, blender, microwave, refrigerator, dining table, stove and oven. 1 suite and 3 bedrooms. Equipped with: air conditioning, blackout blinds, and storage space for clothes. Bathrooms with central heating and glass shower enclosures. Gourmet area with: barbecue, barbecue utensils, sink, preparation table, dining table. Beach chairs, parasol. Service area: washing machine. Washing machine, sink and clothesline. Parking: 2 parking spaces for cars. Other observations: Glassware, such as cups or glasses, is not allowed in the pool area. • We ask that pets remain outside the pool area and always be kept on a leash. • To ensure everyone's comfort, we request that the sound volume be moderate, especially after 10 pm. • Leisure areas such as the pool, sauna and court are exclusive to condominium guests. • We provide a parasol and up to 6 chairs for beach service.
