Absolutely a beautiful location with so much potential! However it was filthy. I made a phone call and they did come clean the rotten food out of the trash can but there was food smashed in the cushions under the couch there was grime dripping on the walls there were “dust” bunnies in every corner and under every piece of furniture there was food splattered in the microwave.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you recognized the beautiful location and the potential of the property, but we sincerely apologize for the condition you encountered upon arrival. The cleanliness issues you described—including food under the couch cushions, grime on the walls, dust buildup throughout the home, and food left in the microwave are certainly not the standard we want for our guests. We appreciate that you contacted us during your stay and allowed our team the opportunity to remove the spoiled food from the trash. We regret that more of the concerns were not resolved to your satisfaction at that time. We take your comments seriously and will share this detailed feedback with the appropriate housekeeping and management teams for review. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention and giving us the opportunity to improve.
