Nestled only 80 metres from the Murrumbidgee River with its Fantastic Walking, Running and Cycling path leading to the Wagga beach(1km on the right) and Wagga Wetlands(2km on the left).
The Fitz is ultra quiet yet a short stroll(less than 500 metres) to the Riverina Hotel, Thirsty Crow Brewery, Numerous Cafes, a Selection of Restaurants, Cinema and Tenpin Bowl.
