Excellent place to stay! Pictures were accurate, the house was incredibly clean and comfy. Our son especially loved having the pool right outside. The owner was EXTREMELY helpful and responded to us anytime we had an issue or question. There are lots of neighbors, but the neighborhood itself is extremely quiet. The location is perfect too - far enough away from the main crowd and bustle, but close enough to where the beach, any restaurants or attractions we were interested in were only a 15 minute drive away. We will GLADLY stay here again for our annual family trip.

#1 this property has been altered from the pictures. Walls have been physically altered in the kitchen and still no pics online. It’s cluttered and dark. The pics have been digitally remastered too. It’s not nearly as bright.#2 amenities listed aren’t really there. No desk. No 2 car carport. There’s a rotting 1 car lean to off the house with her car covered and parked. Only other spot is the shed lean to for a mower but the grill is there. The yard was not groomed so you have to walk through 3ft tall grass to get to grill on opposite side of yard it you want to use. #3 it’s an older home and is sinking? Floor is off level so be careful. Couches, pillows and rugs are also old and nasty. The reply was she doesn’t make money off the rental so unfortunately they will only get worse as she will wait to replace until it’s literally falling apart. Appliances are falling apart. We had people out to look at the washer. We had people out to look at the attic because there’s a leak. The attic opening and air vents closest to attic may have black mold growing? Our 7mo was sneezing with goopy eyes in the house. #4 the place is dirty. Like nasty kind of dirty, motel 6. Easy wipe up stuff. I had to chlorox wipe the spots we were using. Then I lysoled the rest and we left for a little while. We ended up buying disposable everything. I was told she was in between cleaning ladies, as her last couldn’t keep up. So she knew the cleaners weren’t cleaning it properly before we got there.
