This was just as described, 400ft from the beach, located at the beginning of the strip, Nothing is far from this property in Panama City Beach. The manager was very polite and helpful. I will definitely be booking this property again. A complete Gem of a find...!!!!

Perfect getaway!

Place was perfect for us with our dog and electric bikes! So close to beach! House was clean and easy access to everything you could possibly need! Appreciated having parking close and safe neighborhoods to walk dog and ride bikes and close walk to the beach and store and restaurants!! A great place to spend your vacation in PCB will definitely return!! also loved having a washer and dryer and full kitchen! The TVs were really big and nice too with one in every room!

Beyond clean , great location, dog friendly has a good open area to let them use the restroom. Within walking distance of everything you need. Beach access right across the way, dog beach less than a mile away ! The host was more than willing to be helpful with anything that is needed !

The PERFECT place for us

This place made our stay so much better. It was so close to the beach, very clean and organized, and the property managers were super nice to us! The only downside was the pull-out couch. Either we couldn’t figure it out or it was just a regular couch but either way it worked out for us and we still had such a good time here.

It's not often that you can walk in and get the Wow factor. Very Very clean, roomy,and updated and everything you need is onsite. Location close to everything. Anyone planning to stay for extended amount of time will not be disappointed. Thanks to my Host which both were most friendly.

Beach stay

The inside of the house is surface level clean. I had to sweep up dust/hair bunnies as soon as we arrived. We were only provided with enough toilet paper to “get us started” along with hand soap and dish soap. I could have brought these items from home had I known they wouldn’t be provided during the stay, so come prepared! There was a leak in the doorway that caused water to pour into the kitchen. When I reported the issue, the homeowner responded quickly by giving us rags. That was fine for an immediate solution, but I feel it could have been fixed entirely (so we didn’t have soaking rags in the kitchen all week). The property is also not in the best area. We didn’t feel comfortable/safe sitting outside as people loitered in the two abandoned buildings in front of the house. With all that being said, the outside of the property is very pretty, as well as the inside. You can tell the homeowners put in a lot of thought in to renovating the space. It was pet friendly, which was a major plus. Our family of five fit well in the space.

Great Time in Newly Renovated Vacation Rental!!!

We had a fabulous time in the vacation rental. The beach was in a direct straight line from the property. We loved the renovated rental and the fact that we could have our two small dogs with us! We appreciate every small detail that was added to make us feel at home!!! We will return if at all possible!

Our family has traveled to the Emerald Coast for decades. We finally made our permanent home here & we are happy to share This Side of Paradise, Suite A with you & yours! Our property is a triplex and we live on site with our two wonderful dogs. Privacy and comfort for both guests and owners is a top priority.

Why they chose this property

Only 400 ft from Beach Access 65, This Side of Paradise is a fabulous vacation rental as you are close to the action yet nestled in a residential community. You also have a private yard and direct access to your unit, unlike a larger resort / condo styled building.

April 1, 2023 will mark our first year of making our property available for Vacation Rentals, so we hope to make this as special as possible for you. Suite A & B will be dedicated to guests, while Suite C is where the owners live. Each Suite is extremely private and we hope you find yourselves at home.

The entire property has been fully renovated and is modernized. The kitchen is fully stocked and the unit is filled with everyday essentials and conveniences for you and yours.
