Getting Around
We recommend getting a rental car as that is the best way to see the most out of St. Thomas but if you prefer taxis, that’s no problem for this location! Pineapple Village is in a great, central location and being at Margaritaville makes it convenient to grab a taxi when you need

- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 11 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not.
- Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 20 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.

This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.

Decent place to stay for the money. The pool area is nice but no hot tub :( Close to Red Hook which is great if you plan on ferrying over to St. John a lot like we did. Had some small issues with the place but the owner was communicative and helpful.

Great location, great home

This was a great property to stay at. The location is ideal for those who want to make day trips to St john. Quiet area. Beaches are close by. Not too far from grocery stores. Property itself was very clean, offered lots of amenities. While we did have problems with the internet for the first day, management was quick to fix them. If we come back to the Virgin Islands we will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay

Everything was perfect! The condo was more than we ever expected. Beautifully decorated, spacious, amenities were as described and more. Location was great. Easy to get to everything we had planned for our stay. Pools were amazing! Justin and his team were quick to respond to questions and checked on us after we got settled via text. Beautiful Condo

Condo was newly renovated and in great condition. I liked the fact that each room had a kitchenette and could have been used by three families traveling together. The back patio is great and we used the gas grill a couple of times. It is a neighborhood within the Margaritaville Resort and we enjoyed the pool and restaurant there. The grounds are beautiful. There is no beach on the property but Koki Beach and Sapphire Beach are both close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and relaxing!

The condo was so spacious, pictures don't do it justice! Every room had their own private patio with chairs, mini fridge, and bathroom. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The unit and entire pineapple village were incredibly clean and manicured! Having on site laundry was a huge plus! And we got a lot of use out of the pool and beach toys. Justin was extremely responsive for any questions we had as we settled in. There was ample parking and luckily two parking permits with the unit. The location of pineapple village was really great. We had so many dining options, beach options, and markets within 5-7 minute drive of the property. The unit itself is at the back of the village. Plus side it was really quiet and relaxing, downside it was a longer walk to the beach....with bad knees it took me closer to 15 minutes to walk there.

This location within margaritaville resort was perfect!! Only 25 minutes from the airport, and 10 to red hook town. We loved the pools and restaurants at margaritaville!! The specifics of the place are spot on. The beach is sandy, and clean!! Our favorite place within walking distance was the sun and sea restaurant on the water!!! The only disappointment that REALLY bothered our group was the lack of feeling safe when a “maintenance worker” came into our condo and walked around. He was startled when a person was still there as it looked like we had all left or they thought it was empty. I did receive quick follow up from the property manager with communication, but never did get a clear answer on who was at the property. VERY UNNERVING! The prestige company is not good at returning calls, but the manager Justin is.

Property was clean and in a good location to beaches. Walk to margaritaville and restaurants. Property manager was very responsive when I notified them of a few minor issues in the interior. They were very good and accommodating. The small issues inside the condo did not impact our trip. Wear and tear issues that go along with a rental property. The size of the condo and 4 bathrooms were great for 5 girls. It was cleaned well. Thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PV3510 met and exceeded all expectations!

Justin our host from Prestige Luxury Villas was very responsive providing a detailed list of activities and services from grocery delivery to excursions! The villa was supper clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Perfectly located giving you easy access to cookie point beach, coral world and dinning at Margaritaville restaurant on site. Traveling with younger kids can sometimes be a challenge but PV3510 provided ample space in the pool area and the courtyard for them to run around. I will for sure be reaching out to Prestige team and VRBO for our next vacations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
