Points positifs : Communication rapide avec le gĂ©rant, l'espace suffisant pour 4 personnes, le calme du quartier et la jolie vue depuis la chambre parentale, la jolie chambre parentale, la souplesse du gĂ©rant quant aux horaires d'accĂšs les jours d"arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part.Points nĂ©gatifs :À notre arrivĂ©e, un container Ă  poubelle est plein et dĂ©borde littĂ©ralement ! Maison et dĂ©coration Ă  rafraĂźchir, BZ canapĂ© du salon inconfortable, RĂ©frigĂ©rateur de la cuisine bon Ă  remplacer (heureusement qu'il y en a un autre dans la buanderie), le rĂ©seau Wi-Fi trop faible pour une bonne connexion, Literies du RDC et de la chambre parentale, Ă  remplacer sans attendre...sans oublier les oreillers d'une autre Ă©poque ! Nous avons achetĂ© des oreillers que nous avons laissĂ© sur place. Douche et lavabo de la chambre parentale Ă©taient bouchĂ©s Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Enfin, il est stipulĂ© qu'il y a une rĂ©serve de papier toilette que nous n'avons jamais trouvĂ©...certainement bien cachĂ©e.

Une maison de famille simple

Une vraie maison de famille dont on voit bien qu'elle est aussi utilisĂ©e par les propriĂ©taires. Ça lui donne un cĂŽtĂ© accueillant.Le niveau de confort est simple mais il y a tout : la cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de façon complĂšte mais tout date un peu (Ă©lectromĂ©nager compris) ; il y a du mobilier de jardin ; une buanderie bien pratique avec un second frigo ; il manque un vrai congĂ©lateur ; un coin salon avec un BZ et des fauteuils de confort simple ; la literie et les oreillers sont Ă  changer.C'est un coin qui semble trĂšs sĂ»r : le portail est restĂ© ouvert et nous n'avons jamais attachĂ© les vĂ©los dans le jardin.Petite remarque pour les cyclistes : beaucoup de relief dans le secteur

Petite maison Ă  10 min Ă  pied du bourg de Morgat et de sa plage, 15 min du centre nautique pour les stages des enfants, sentier cĂŽtier superbe Ă  5 minutes de la maison et sillonage de la presqu’üle en voiture trĂšs facile, vers le cap chĂšvre et les superbes plages. Seul regret : trop peu d’offre de restauration au mois d’aoĂ»t. Tout Ă©tait complet en permanence

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, avec charmant jardin. Elle est idĂ©alement situĂ©e. A proximitĂ© du centre de Morgat, de sentiers de randos et d’autres activitĂ©s. Nous y avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.

Superbe maison de bord de mer Ă  morgat

La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e , Ă©quipĂ©e et amĂ©nagĂ©e. La face sud de la maison non visible sur les photos donne sur une terrasse avec jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able et un appenti en pierre typique de Crozon. Éric qui nous accueilli a Ă©tĂ© de bon conseil et surtout tres disponible. Gros plus pour la location.

Maison sympathique Ă  rafraĂźchir

Assez bien placée cette propriété agréable grùce à un bel espace de jardin et un environnement calme et sa proximité de la plage et des sentiers, mériterait un petit coup de ménage sérieux . Quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquent aussi. Dommage un trÚs beau potentiel.
