The listing didn't mention that I had to bring my own TOILET PAPER, BED LINENS, AND TOWELS. I would've thought twice before selecting this place. I have never had to bring these basic items to any place that I have ever rented. Overall the place was okay, but I was really disappointed that I had to provide these cheap and basic items. The fold out sofa mattress is also terrible and is basically just springs with a paper thin layer of cotton. Decent for a weekend stay. Not really a happening area though. I also had to request check in procedures, because no one ever messaged me leading up to check in date. Has a balcony, but the view is the back of a business building and their large garbage disposal bin.

Thank you, On March 30th, 2025 when the reservation was made, I emailed the lodging agreement to you and highlighted your check-in procedure as well as what you needed to bring. The letter also provided you contact info for local linen companies for you to rent the sheets and towels if you preferred not to bring your own. You were provided the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival, which you used when you arrived. I am sorry these instructions were not clear. Grace

Nice condo in Ocean City (MD)

My cousin and I stayed 3 nights at this condo on the weekend of the Boardwalk Rock Festival (May 16-17-18 2025). Well located, clean, well equipped, air conditioning working well and ceiling fan in the room. Communication with the property manager was great. Overall great experience. Would recommend.
