We're delighted to hear that you loved the property, the unit, and especially the rooftop pool — it's one of our favorite features too! We’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced during the power outage. Unfortunately, this was an unexpected issue caused by the local utility provider and was completely outside of our control. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with the impact on water services and elevator access. While there were some conflicting rumors circulating in the building, we can confirm that this had nothing to do with unpaid bills from developer of building — the outage affected other areas of Romantic Zone as well. Regarding the linen and mattress pad cover, we take cleanliness very seriously. Our team had checked the unit prior to your arrival, and no visible stains were noted at the time. However, we sincerely apologize for anything that may have been overlooked. As a precaution, we’ve replaced both items to ensure the comfort of future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under to experience the difference.
