A quiet and serene location awaits your arrival in the gated community of Palmer residences. This single story two bedroom, den, two bath home is situated on the 7th fairway of the Palmer course. Facing east from the back patio's with over 1600 sq.ft., this end unit offers privacy and a open feeling of spaciousness.

As you enter the premises you will be welcomed by the Tuscan details in furnishings and decor. Upon entering the kitchen, dining area or living room you can see the breathtaking view of the lake and golf course which spans the entire back of the property. Whether you are cooking, dining, or just relaxing and watching TV, the view is right there for your pleasure.
The living room is furnished with comfort in mind, a sectional sofa to accomodate several for seating, a entertainmnet center with a 50' screen TV, CD/DVD, Blue Ray player and a wetbar for entertaining. The dining room has seating for six at the table and two bar stools for the counter off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you will need to entertain, cook, or just prepare a cup of tea.. As you enter the hall you have a den for those quiet moments, with two chenille couches and a 32' Flat Screeen TV, with the laundry room across for your convenience. Down the hall is the guest bedroom ,king size bed with a private entry to the bathroom that can also be entered from the hall, designer furnishings, full size mirrored closet doors and a 27' Flat screen TV.

Across the hall is the master bedroom with designer window coverings, and bedding, two full size mirrored closet doors, a 30' Flat screen TV, and a private patio for that first cup of coffee or a good read. The master bathroom has two sinks, a large walk in shower, luxurious towels and a third closet. This home is turnkey to meet your every need and ensure your stay is comfortable.

Serene Paradise!

Perfect condo

This is the second time my husband and I rent this condo. The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming. The condo is pristine and located close to all amenities. It has everything we can possibly need and more. We will definitely continue to rent this place each year.

Great break from winter!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and bright with lots of windows and comfortable furnishings. The grounds were beautifully groomed with flowers and fruit trees and a patio that overlooked a waterway along a golf course. It was a welcome break from winter in Minnesota. We'd definitely recommend this condo!

Great Home away from Home

When Christine says "Well Stocked" she means it! Everything we needed was there when we arrived. That includes Butter, Condiments, and Beverages in the fridge. Absolutely the CLEANEST PLACE we've ever rented. Great communication, very well organized. Thanks Christine, George and Lorraine.

Beautiful view with flowers and birds

A nice spot on the stunning Palmer course at PGA West. The resort area has beautiful citrus trees and flowers. A joy to walk or cycle around. Christine was a lovely host who thought of every single thing you could ever need. Her place was fully equipped like no other. We just loved the patio with its gorgeous view of the lake. Fabulous Condo

My husband and I recently rented the condo for the whole month of April. We could not have been more satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort it offered. A great home base for golf in paradise!

We enjoyed this comfortable welcoming home on the Palmer Private Golf Course. The views of the golf course & lake were beautiful! The home is so well equipped, everything you could need is waiting for you here. Items we usually have to purchase after a week were provided, paper towel, dish detergent, laundry soap, garbage bags, tissues & toilet paper. Lots of little things made this rental seem more like home. The owners were so thoughtful, recommended restaurants & were quick to reply to any questions we had. It was a perfect base for our winter golf trip to paradise! 7 weeks went too fast!

Excellent Condo on PGA West Arnold Palmer Course

We had a great trip to Palm Springs staying at this condo for 4 nights. My wife and I traveled with another couple to do some golfing in the area and found this fantastic condo on VRBO. It sits right on a pond and the 7th fairway of the Palmer course which hosts the final 2 rounds of the Humana PGA tournament each year. It was so beautiful sitting out on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning and watching the golfers come by. The owner, Christine, was fantastic to work with. She was very prepared and sent several e-mails prior to our arrival to assure us that everything was all set. Once we arrived, there was a bottle of wine waiting for us and the condo was everything we expected. Well decorated and well maintained. This was a place that I could have stayed for several months and would have been very comfortable there. The master bathroom was large and spacious and the whole condo had plenty of room for the four of us. We golfed all 3 of the PGA West courses while we were there. The Stadium course was fantastic as was the Nicklaus course and Norman Course. The Norman course a true desert course, so if you are not hitting straight it can really get you. The desert is very dense there and you rarely found your ball. All in all it was a fantastic trip and we can't wait to go back. I will definitely call Christine again next time we are in the area and stay there again. Thanks again everything.

February in La Quinta

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The location and views are outstanding. The house has everything needed for a comfortable, hassle free stay. The neighborhood is great for walks. Fresh fruit from the numerous fruit trees was an added bonus. The town of La Quinta is close and has great restaurants and fun art events. We will certainly consider another visit to this home next time we visit the Palm Springs area.

Wonderful Vacation!

We just completed a wonderful vacation at PGA West. I have stayed in the area several times and this was the most enjoyable by far. The condo is furnished beautifully and provides everything to make your vacation stress free and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the views from the patio while savoring our morning coffee and the afternoon views of the course and lake. But what made the trip complete was the hospitality provided by our hosts. The communication was excellent and they went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and everything was addressed. We felt completely at home during our recent stay, and plan a return visit next year.
