Heart of North Conway Village w/ Patio and Grill, Walk to Town in Minutes!
This cozy, hillside retreat in the heart of North Conway Village offers a comfortable stay in the White Mountains! A part of historic North Conway hillside houses, this unit offers a fenced in private space and garden along with an outdoor sitting space, picnic table and grill for those warm summer evenings. Inside, the open concept with a look-through loft makes it feel like you're in an airy and spacious cabin, despite its smaller footprint. Walk down the hill and be in town in minutes!
The space is given a retro theme that is bound to catch some eyes. I have set it up to be fun and inviting as well as a cozy place to stay for your time in the valley! The loft looks down to the main floor, so please note there is not a completely private bedroom. The unit is not a large place so the main floor is cozy and laid out to maximize space. The couch in the living room folds back and turns into a wide twin sized bed that could fit one adult.
I work my hardest to ensure a special and enjoyable trip to the valley. That's why I like to be transparent about the unit. Please note that this is a converted apartment unit and shares a wall with one other unit. The long-term tenants of the building are all very respectful and kind, so I hope that you will be the same to them. Please no major noise after 11PM. The parking lot is also shared, so please do your best to park as far down as you can and there is a maximum of two (2) cars allowed for guests. Lastly, the space that is being paid for is the unit and up to the fenced in area. Please do not venture beyond that as it is common area that the long-term tenants utilize. I wanted everyone to have their own private space and neither to be encroached upon.
Please note the following:
- Be respectful of long-term tenants space and privacy and stay within the bounds of the fenced in area. It was put there to allow ample private space for both Airbnb guests as well as the long-term tenants.
- The wood stove in the apartment cannot be used by guests.
- Coin operated washer and dryer can only be used by guests staying for a week or longer. There is not general access as a key is needed.

I am a proud Newhamshire-ite from the Valley who is helping guests have the same wonderful experiences that I did growing up in the area. I left for a little while to attend Stonehill College, but inevitably returned because of my love for the area. I enjoy hiking, skiing, golf and water sports!
Why they chose this property
This apartment is awesome. It's located in a fantastic spot, right on the hill leading toward Cranmore. You couldn't ask for a better location. It is tucked away at the back of the building with complete private access. You are surrounded by the trees and have a great outdoor area to spend time, plus an awesome interior to relax and rest up in after a long day's worth of activities. Plus, you can walk down the hill and be in town in a matter of minutes! A perfect location for a couple, or a few friends visiting the area. Heck, I'd love to live in it, but for now you get to enjoy the experience!
