Cozy family and pet friendly home in North Conway Village

Located in North Conway Village, this home has a beautiful spacious loft with queen comfortable memory foam bed, a bunk room with a full bed and twin bunk on top on the main floor.
NOTE! IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES THIS MAY NOT BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU BECAUSE OF THE STAIRS!
The living room and kitchen area are connected to allow for socializing and convenience. the deck has a table and chairs to enjoy the outside.
a grill is available as well.
the decor is a bird theme along with vintage pieces to make it an interesting adventure.
Be aware that there are steep stairs leading to the loft as well as stairs leading to the house as well if you or your pet have mobility issues!

In keeping up with the CDC guidelines we will be sure to clean and disinfect all surfaces as well as provide disinfectant soaps and sprays.
Each bed will have a fresh hypoallergenic mattress pad ( you are responsible for bringing your own sheets blankets and pillows ) i provide towels, we can provide fresh bedding at an additional charge per bed.

Very nice stay in an unique appartment.This appartment breathes character!It is cosy an clean. The location is perfect close to the center en near tourist spots.

Wonderful stay

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at this adorable home. It’s so close to downtown with food and shopping, coffee and breakfast! The place was probably one of the cleaner VRBO homes we have stayed in and the owner was responsive for any of the questions we had before/during. We plan on returning next year to experience more that New Hampshire has to offer and would 10/10 book this place again.

Cozy Loft

Great for a weekend getaway with family! The house was cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable. Good communication from the host to remind about bringing our own bedding. You absolutely can’t beat the location, so close to the Main Street, lots of coffee and food options in walking distance.

A great location to explore the White Mountains

The cabin is quite rustic but it has good WiFi . Not a good fit for people that find it difficult to manage steep stairs.

Wonderful stay in North Conway

The "bird nest" was the perfect place for our family of 3: well situated, clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. You just have to bring your own bedding and make sure you do not travel with big suitcases since the stairs are quite steep. The owner is easy to reach and very helpful.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient

The Bird House was perfect for our Family of 5. It was very clean and quaint. Dan was very accommodating and was it was very easy to communicate with him. We were minutes from downtown,Cranmore Mountain Resort, the shopping outlets, and many other places as well. We literally didnt have to travel more than 15 minutes for anything. The next time we are in Conway we hope to be able to return to this property

Location is great and cute space. Responsive and flexible owner. Floors and kitchen counters were not super clean when we arrived and WiFi connection is inconsistent. But great for home base for folks who don’t plan on spending too much time indoors.

For my Daughter

I purchased this rental for my daughter and boyfriend as a gift for his birthday, The owner was incredible to work with, even offering them to come early, they had to attend a funeral and couldn't go early and the relaxation was a much needed time for them. Please check out this house along with the Chicken coop, the owner is just a incredible person with a great spirit and this is a nice area with lots of romance . Bethann
