Incredible house, amazing 9 day vacation with the family. We rent villas often and this was one of the top ones we ever had incl. the great experience provided by Grace and David from start to finish.

Maison parfaite. Tous les détails bien pensés. Salon, terasse et espace piscine tous très agréables. Belle vue. Situee dans une résidence sécurisée sans bruit à 5min en voiture de la plage et tous commerces de Cavalaire. Vraiment ideal pour une famille avec 2-3 enfants.

Splendide

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette superbe maison. Elle est parfaitement bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Proche du centre de Cavalaire, l'emplacement de la villa permet de profiter du calme de cette zone résidentielle tout en étant près de la plage et du port et du centre.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette villa beaucoup d’espace à l’extérieur une piscine chauffée avec volet électrique des pièces à vivre agréables et spacieuses et très bien distribuées chacun sa sdb Bref tout était parfait je recommande à 100 %

A Lovely House

This was a great house for four of us to stay in and we particularly enjoyed the pool area of the beautiful garden. Everything inside and outside the house is very well maintained.

Détendues et variées

Dans notre base, nous avons pu jouer aux boules et profitez de la piscine autant que nous voulions…. La terrasse est couverte et très agréable…. De là nous avons pu visiter les villages avoisinants comme Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint Tropez, faire des rando, aller à la plage, visiter un domaine de vins (château Saint Maur- excellent), aller au théâtre de plein air, prendre le bateau pour aller sur l île de Porquerolles et encore bien d autres choses

We had a wonderful holiday at the villa in Cavalaire. The villa itself is clean and the grounds really well maintained. The petanque pitch was a huge hit with the whole family and we would spend our evenings competing furiously with each other.The swimming pool is fantastic for children, there is a shaded seating area and steps to sit on - the whole pool is not overly deep so ideal for the smaller children. There is also a safety alarm. The pool is heated but make sure to check that it is on as when we first arrived the pool was too cold.Although I would say this is an exceptional villa I would like to highlight that a couple of, inexpensive, extras would really add that extra feeling of luxury that I think should be there considering the price charged. There are no beach towels provided, for me, this is an essential. I would have liked a change of linen, even if I did this myself and the sunbeds should be more comfortable.Cavalaire, the beach and town, is really lovely - although the younger members of our family did walk from the villa to the town it was too much for my old bones but driving took minutes.Thank you to Grace for welcoming us.

Wundervolles Haus, traumhafter Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in Cavalaire-sur-Mer und ganz besonders in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Kommunikation mit den Property Managern Grace und David war klasse. Es kam immer prompt eine Antwort bzw. innerhalb kürzester Zeit war jemand vor Ort um uns bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Grill zu helfen. David war super freundlich und hatte stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und alle 2 Tage wird der Pool gesäubert (was innerhalb von 10 Minuten erledigt ist und meisten früh morgens geschieht, sodass man nicht viel davon mitbekommt). Diese Villa können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Villa magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cette villa au calme avec vue mer. La villa est spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour reposant. La literie est neuve dans toutes les chambres, c'est très appréciable. La piscine est très agréable aussi et sécurisée, le pool house est parfait pour lire à l'ombre où pour prendre l'apéro ! Le jardin est juste splendide, avec une grande variétés de plantes et arbustes. Nous avons également apprécié le terrain de pétanque bien agréable ! La plage est à 1 kilomètre de la villa tout comme les premiers commerces, d'autres plages sont un peu plus lointaines et donc accessibles en voiture mais on a toujours trouvé de la place pour se garer. Le garage est également immense et permet de stocker tout le matériel de plage et de plongée. Cette villa permet de passer un agréable séjour même à 10 personnes car chacun peut profiter d'espaces personnels ou profiter de la piscine et des espaces communs tous ensemble.

Fantastic, we’ll equipped house close to the beaches

This is a lovely house, very spacious and furnished to a very high standard. We loved the pool area, the privacy (it is a very quiet residential area) and the views. The easy access to the beaches was a real hit with our boys.
