The house was very clean and welcoming. We were glad there was a short walk to the beach. The location was very desirable to explore the Oregon coast!

Gorgeous modern beach house

I absolutely loved this house. Insanely clean, cute decor, thoughtful details (house slippers, hello?!), and a short walk to the beach. I will definitely be back.

The place was clean and comfortable but they need to have kitchen towels for washing and drying dishes. Also it would be nice to provide a box or two of Kleenex

The house was beautiful and luxurious. We enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to the beach in this quiet neighborhood. The inside of the house looked new and clean. However, in one corner of the carport there was a large pile of bird excrement from swallows that had built a nest above. In the other corner was a rat trap, feathers, the remains of a nest, and a large pile of dead bird debris. It was extremely unsightly, and the first thing you see as you approach the front door. I couldn't understand how the housekeepers could have left this for guests to encounter as they enter the house. I asked the guest host to send someone to clean up this mess, but she didn't respond. This is not something that you want to see outside such a beautiful, new home for which you are being charged luxury prices.

Loved!

We had a great time staying here, the house and hot tub were exceptionally clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. I loved the house’s amenities and enjoyed using all of the space. I will definitely book this space again, my partner and I absolutely loved it. Thank you so much!

This is a very pretty house! It was extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable. It’s only 100 yards to the beach! The hot tub was very clean and hot, and the fire pit was nice to use as well. The home is very new, so I feel there are many little kinks still getting worked out.

This place is a modern gem with a 2 minute walk to a nearly private beach. Tierra Del Mar is one of our favorite towns along with Pacific City, a 7 minute drive away.Here is list of the wonderful things about this house!-High Quality Beds, linens & Pillows.-Beautifully remodeled.-Clean easy to use washer & dryer. -Local bunnies become your friends (and deer)-Private, Most days not a person in site on our street.-Grocery, Dinner, Lunch all about 10 min away.-Amazing Crystal/Rock shop one street over-Hot tub and deck with couch - Private backyard.-Responsive and lovely guest contact. We will be coming back, this place is awesome!
