Tucked between the river and the ocean, The Octopus' Garden is perfect for your dreamy coastal getaway. Serene, modern, and spacious, this home has everything you crave for your Seaside retreat, from fabulously sunny days spent at the beach to rainy afternoons curled up by the fire. The beach, promenade, and the Seaside Convention Center are just steps away at this perfectly located home. The Octopus' Garden is ideal for families, business/solo travelers, and couples of all backgrounds.



Our home has a light-filled open floor plan, luxuriously furnished with contemporary pieces and an eye for elegant design, with original artwork. You're sure to sleep serenely on your relaxing beach getaway with the high-end memory foam mattresses and soft linens. Each of our bedrooms is a unique space, with your relaxation and rest in mind. The bathrooms are modern and airy, supplied with tropical shampoo and conditioner to unwind your body and mind.



Enjoy those rainy beach days indoors with a gas fireplace, smart LED flat screen TV, DVD player, and board games for all ages. Our comfortable and spacious sofas and chairs will keep you cozy for hours while you are curled up with a good book in front of the fire, gazing at the hills behind the city from the front window. Not much of a reader? The Smart TV is perfect for binge-watching your favorite series, wrapped up in a soft throw blanket.



When the sun is shining, a propane barbecue, patio, and spacious backyard will help you soak up the fabulous coastal sun, with plenty of room for your pups or children to run around. The river walk, beach promenade, the Seaside Convention Center, and Broadway are a short stroll away, perfect for your scenic and shopping pursuits. The Seaside Convention Center is located at the end of the river walk, just a few minutes jaunt from your coastal home base.



The Garden is located three blocks from the 12th Street Bridge and Goodwin Park, where you can try your hand at crabbing, clamming, or fishing, while the little ones play at the park. Or, if hunting and gathering isn't your thing, you can rent a bicycle or surrey at the bike shop near the house and explore the town in style.



We have also have a pack'n'play in the home for those travelers and families with small children. Please bring your own sheets/blankets for the pack'n'play - we are unable to provide these items for due to liability issues.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.





PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **



You will have access to the entire house, except a supply closet that is kept locked.



Other things to note

The Seaside Serenity is a townhouse, so it is connected with another townhome. Our neighbors are part time residents and are super friendly.
