We had a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Pet friendly is a must for us and was not only allowed, it was stocked with pet toys and crate. Outside fire pit area was fun and we enjoyed it. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place in the area.

Quiet, Secluded, Relaxing

This property was exactly as advertised and was the perfect for anyone looking to get off the grid for a vacation. We spent the week fishing Lake Fork and there was a covered carport with lighting and power for the boat. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing property

This is your home away from home. It is such a welcoming, clean, country home. Close to everything, 20 mins from canton trade days, 10 mins from lake fork, private lake on property, view of horses and seen deer while visiting. I would recommend this property to my closest friends and family,

Wonderfully Happy Stay at Appy Haven

The three of us had an amazing stay at Appy Haven! The home was absolutely wonderful—new, super clean, and well cared for. The location was convenient for our event in Sulphur Springs, and the check-in process via keypad was a breeze! Mr. Miles provided exceptional guest service throughout our stay. The online listing was spot on, and the home had everything we could possibly need—and then some! The home was comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved the quiet country setting, and the landscaping was nice! The lighted walkway was great for our returns after dark. We’ll definitely be staying again the next time we’re in the area!

Relaxing 4th

This beautiful country cottage was a perfect way for us to get away from the city and fireworks during the 4th of July holiday. Although there were some celebrations sounds it was still nothing like the neighborhood we live in. Our furbaby is VERY VERY scared of them and she had the time of her life on this lil getaway. The town of Sulphur Springs was very conveniently only 15mins away for any of your needs. Everyone there was so friendly and the town was super cute. It is possibly not for kids unless they are into fishing. We did not venture to the nearby lake, but it looked very close and an activity for those who enjoys to fish or entertaining the kiddos. The horses were sooo beautiful and there were so many babies and opportunities to take pictures as they were always grazing and up close to our view. We will love to recommend this to our family and friends.
